Return policy

 Return Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the item within [07 Days]  from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns:

The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
All original tags and packaging must be intact.
The return must be initiated within 07days  from the date of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return:

Contact our customer support at our  customer support email/phone number to request a return.
Provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return.

Return Shipping:

 We will provide instructions on where to send your return.
 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or defective.

Refund/Exchange Process:

 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
 Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 15 Days
Exchanges will be processed promptly, and you will receive the replacement item within the standard shipping time.

Exceptions:

 Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
Final sale and clearance items are non-refundable.

New Product Delivery:

After approval, a new product will be delivered to the customer as soon as possible, without any additional cost.
